At shivlornquixl we want you to be satisfied with your window styling purchase. This Return Policy applies to curtains, blinds, and other window treatment products ordered through us. Custom-made items may be subject to different terms as communicated at the time of order. This policy is designed for customers in the United States; your state may have additional consumer rights that we comply with.
Eligibility for Returns
Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or made-to-measure window treatments (e.g. curtains or blinds made to your dimensions) generally cannot be returned unless they are defective or we have made an error. We will confirm eligibility when you contact us.
How to Return

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds may exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. For defective or incorrect items we will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping where appropriate.
